NWHI Annual Rapid Assessment and Monitoring Cruise. September/October 2007

Departed September 18th, 2007

The Hi`ialakai at Pearl and HermesOn September 18th the NOAA Ship Hi'ialakai departed Honolulu on a month long coral reef monitoring expedition to the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument. During the expedition scientists will be performing annual monitoring of the coral reefs and surrounding shallow habitats of the Monument.
