Tern Island, 09/11/02

Tern Island, part of the French Frigate Shoals and once a World War II refueling airport, is now a nesting ground for over a million sea birds. Some of these birds can fly for 9 months without stopping! (21.48 in MPEG-4 format: get Quicktime 6 to play it.)
